Your First order
Planning to place your first order? At Greenspeed, you can order online in 5 simple steps. If you experience an issue along the way, we're here to help.
1. Register and sign in
When you place your first order, we will ask you to create an account with your personal and company details. You only need to do this once. It allows you to place and monitor orders quickly and safely in the future.
Forgotten your username and/or password?
Click here to enter your email address. You will then receive an email with your details.
Forgot your registration email address?
If you don't remember the email address you used for registration purposes, send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Company name and address
- Greenspeed customer number (if known)
Once we have processed your request, you will receive an email with the necessary details to sign in.
2. Shop online
Browse through the product catalogue or search for a specific product in the search bar at the top. Click on a product, choose the quantity and add your purchase to your shopping basket. You can see the full summary in the shopping basket under your own profile. Click here to access the product catalogue.
3. Checkout summary
Once you have added all the desired products to your shopping basket, click on the shopping cart icon at the top to view its contents. Click on 'Edit shopping cart' to change any quantities or delete products. Click on 'Order' to enter your delivery address, reference and any optional information. An overview of your order will then appear. Is all the information correct? Click on 'Send' and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If any products are out of stock, we will contact you.
You will receive an invoice by email once the order has been processed.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address that you entered. We deliver orders of € 450 or more to any address in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg free of charge.
Smaller orders are subject to an additional fee of € 25 to cover the transport and administration costs.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or a product has been damaged, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to report your issue.
