New 5L packaging, made of 50 % recycled plastic
We not only work on developing new products, but also on developing our packaging, too. We are pleased to take a green step forwards with the development of our new 5L packaging, which is made of 50% recycled plastic and is recyclable. This packaging will replace the old packaging within just a few months. The new 5L packaging will be slightly different in colour, but of course the dimensions remain the same.
Establishment of Greenspeed France
Greenspeed France was founded on 1 January 2019. The Greenspeed circular cleaning concept is also rapidly graining traction in France, with the French cleaning market already responding enthusiastically to Greenspeed innovations. The risk of cleaners contracting serious illnesses is greater than previously thought. PhD student Laura Van den Borre (Vrije Universiteit Brussel) looked into the main differences between causes of death among cleaners, administrative employees and executives for her study titled "Health risks in the cleaning industry".

Haagclean Products, a Dutch specialist wholesaler, is entering into a new collaboration with Vlietkinderen day-care facilities using Greenspeed products. Vlietkinderen is wanting to improve the quality of cleaning for all of its 24 locations and has opted for the overall concept of Haagclean Products. The focus is on the following aspects in this overall concept: safety, hygiene, environment, knowledge and instruction and also, cost in use. The aim of De Poetsfiets is simple: to clean in a sustainable way. The company achieves this aim by using trikes and electric vehicles to get to its clients in the Belgian city of Ghent. This means zero CO2 emissions and no more getting held up in traffic. They also clean using Greenspeed's eco-friendly products and their employees wear clothes made from organic cotton.

Greenspeed is a European Cleaning and Hygiene Awards 2017 finalist in the?Sustainability - best practice in implementing principles throughout the business?-category.
There were over 140 entries and the competition was very tough, but Greenspeed was judged to be among the very best entrants. The award winners will be announced at a gala dinner at the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel in Rome on 9 November.

Because Lentis, founded in 1873, offers mental health services, forensic healthcare and care for the elderly in the three northern provinces of Groningen, Drenthe and Friesland.
